for posting personal information to SCA sites on the Internet

Personal information will not be published on any SCA-recognized Internet site without first gaining permission from the individuals involved. Permission must be received in writing -- e-mail is acceptable. Permission to electronically publish the contact information of an individual is in effect until that same individual revokes permission (in writing).

For the purposes of this policy, personal information includes the following:

It is permissible to list just a person's Society name in connection with any office they hold without permission, i.e. - "Group Seneschal, Lord Robert the Volunteer," as well as "role" e-mail addresses such as chronicler@sca.org.

If you wish to have a picture published it needs to be JPG, head view only and will be cropped down to 95 pixels square on the page.
